The ideal candidate will oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer solar photovoltaic (PV) and electrical systems tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial applications, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
Perform comprehensive site evaluations, including load analyses and feasibility assessments, to determine project viability and requirements.
Develop comprehensive technical drawings, design system layouts, and compile detailed project documentation.
Oversee the deployment, evaluation, and activation of solar energy and electrical systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out preventive maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Compose detailed technical documentation and comprehensive project reports.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to work under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices within the sector is a key requirement.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with one to two years of hands-on experience in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical design, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site assessment.
Proficiency in solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical distribution systems is required.
Competence in AutoCAD or alternative engineering software solutions is advantageous.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending electrical drawings and schematics is required.
The role requires strong capabilities in compiling technical reports and overseeing field operations.
Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong aptitude for building rapport and fostering productive professional relationships.
