JOB PURPOSE:
Ensures the Regional Offices function with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruit, onboard, and oversee the performance of Agent Managers and Agents while establishing and maintaining customer accounts in alignment with established KPIs.
Facilitate and oversee transactions for accounts and agents to optimize revenue generation and ensure profitability for the bank.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and enhance visibility of Hope PS Bank’s products and services to target audiences.
To guarantee that Regional Heads consistently achieve their weekly and monthly targets, it is essential to focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as agent recruitment, account opening, and other designated metrics.
Ensure that all branches provide comprehensive training to new agents prior to their onboarding.
Oversee and regulate agent transactions across multiple sites to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
Collaborate effectively with IT teams and external vendors to ensure optimal product performance.
Foster increased engagement and utilization of Hope PS Bank accounts among customers to ensure optimal transaction volumes and service adoption.
Develop and execute targeted marketing and communication initiatives designed to enhance sales performance within designated regions.
Oversee and execute continuous marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee, track, and evaluate the performance of Regional Staff to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Developing comprehensive performance analyses and formulating strategic action plans based on findings.
Analyzing up-to-date industry and market trends to inform strategic business enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
To sustain and enhance the ongoing development of the bank’s agents, overseeing their performance and fostering their professional advancement is essential.
Equip agents with comprehensive training on all newly launched banking services to ensure full proficiency and effective customer support.
Support the Chief Marketing Officer by executing additional tasks and special projects as directed, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
Responsibilities may also include additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.
EDUCATION:
A bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory, with a master’s degree or MBA qualification being advantageous.
