We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, where the primary objective is to drive success through dedicated performance in this key role. Ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Regional Offices.

Professionally recruit and oversee Agent Managers and Agents while establishing and maintaining customer accounts in strict adherence to established KPIs.

Facilitate and oversee financial transactions conducted by accounts and agents to optimize revenue generation and ensure profitability for the bank.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategies to effectively promote awareness of Hope PS Bank’s diverse products and services among target audiences.

Ensure Regional Heads consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for agent recruitment, account opening, and other key performance indicators as outlined in their KPIs.

Before onboarding, branches must ensure thorough training of new agents.

Oversee and administer agent transactions across multiple sites.

Collaborate effectively with IT teams and external vendors to ensure the product operates at peak performance.

Facilitate the growth and engagement of Hope PS Bank accounts by implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer interaction and transaction frequency.

Develop targeted marketing and communication strategies tailored to specific regions to drive sales growth.

Oversee continuous marketing and promotional initiatives to ensure sustained engagement and brand visibility.

Oversee, track, and evaluate the performance of Regional Staff members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Conducting in-depth performance evaluations and formulating strategic action plans to drive improvement and achieve organizational objectives.

Conducting comprehensive analysis of prevailing industry and market trends to inform strategic business enhancements and drive informed decision-making.

Foster the ongoing development and success of the bank’s agents to drive sustained growth and excellence.

Equip agents with comprehensive knowledge of newly launched banking services to ensure proficient handling and delivery.

Conduct additional ad hoc assignments as directed by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be prepared to undertake various other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION:

A bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory, with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree or an MBA qualification.
