As a Direct Sales Agent within this talent pipeline initiative, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to Kuda’s strategic expansion by strengthening its team of agents in key markets. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing Kuda’s growth targets through proactive sales strategies, cultivating strong client relationships, and maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Identify and cultivate potential clients by initiating outbound outreach via cold calling, fostering professional connections, and leveraging existing relationships for introductions.

Proactively promote Kuda’s diverse financial offerings—such as personal and business banking solutions, lending options, and POS terminals—to potential clients across your assigned region.

Leverage persuasive skills and comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s products to consistently surpass monthly sales targets by securing new clients and broadening the customer portfolio.

Skilled professionals will engage in strategic discussions to finalize pricing and contractual conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational pricing guidelines while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Perform product demonstrations and deliver presentations tailored to prospective clients, effectively showcasing key features and benefits.

Ensure strict adherence to all established bank policies and applicable regulatory mandates, with particular emphasis on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.

Educate prospective clients about the advantages of adopting electronic banking solutions and facilitate their smooth integration onto our platform.

Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Engage in roadshows, community fairs, and other local events to actively promote the bank’s services and generate prospective leads.

Deliver comprehensive insights to the marketing and product teams regarding customer experiences and potential product enhancements.

Assess the objectives and demands of potential clients, then recommend tailored solutions to address their unique business requirements.

Deliver continuous client support encompassing training sessions and troubleshooting solutions.
