Job Summary
You will assume a key role as Digital Communication Officer, responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies across our digital channels—namely, our website, blog, email marketing initiatives, and social media platforms.
Your primary objective is to enhance brand awareness while cultivating high-quality sales leads.
Oversee and execute essential duties within the assigned role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Lead projects from inception to completion, applying expertise to resolve challenges and deliver measurable results. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning among team members to drive sustainable growth and excellence. Uphold company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across all operations.
We excel in producing engaging content and narratives, creating and sharing compelling stories, videos, and visual stories that showcase our superior craftsmanship. Our responsibilities include documenting daily production activities on the factory floor, capturing showroom displays, and recording installation projects to highlight the quality and artistry behind our products.
Develop and oversee monthly content calendars and digital campaigns with the strategic aim of increasing platform traffic, expanding follower engagement, and strengthening brand loyalty.
Establish a unified visual and messaging framework across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in presentation. Harmonize online branding with in-store showroom experiences while performing quarterly evaluations of brand alignment.
Daily, strategically monitor online platforms to interact with our audience and strengthen community loyalty. Respond to all online inquiries within 24 hours or less to uphold high engagement standards.
Performance analytics and reporting involve monitoring, evaluating, and presenting monthly insights on digital campaign effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and additional measurement platforms, with a focus on refining strategies to enhance key performance indicators.
Collaborate across departments by partnering with Production, Showroom Sales, and Project Teams to identify compelling stories and seamlessly incorporate communication materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or engineering, with expertise in full-stack development preferred. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are critical. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams are necessary. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends is highly valued.
Education requirements include a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a closely related field. Alternatively, equivalent hands-on experience in a specialized digital marketing capacity will be considered.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, creative content creation, and foundational graphic design skills is required, with a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrates strong proficiency in the operation and management of photography and videography equipment.
Proficient in both mobile and desktop creative applications, including but not limited to Canva, In Shot, Adobe Photoshop, and Cap Cut, with demonstrated skills ranging from intermediate to advanced levels.
Accomplished in executing and overseeing campaigns across diverse platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and email marketing systems, with a proven track record of hands-on management.
Possesses a comprehensive grasp of digital performance metrics and analytical tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, a discerning eye for aesthetic precision, a robust creative vision, and the capacity to seamlessly oversee multiple overlapping project schedules are essential.
