Job Summary
A dynamic and results-driven Digital Media & Publicity Officer is sought to bolster our online footprint, elevate brand recognition, and cultivate meaningful audience interactions across digital channels.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company policies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Additionally, prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Develop, execute, and refine advertising campaigns across YouTube and TikTok to maximize performance and engagement.
Oversee the development and expansion of the company’s social media channels.
Develop visually compelling flyers, graphics, and promotional materials designed to captivate audiences and drive engagement.
Create and refine videos alongside producing AI-generated media content.
Oversee the organization’s digital listings, specifically on Google Maps.
Devise and execute plans to expand the reach and profitability of social media platforms.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, while advanced degrees are preferred. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory standards and demonstrated leadership in prior positions will be advantageous.
Requires a demonstrated track record in digital marketing, social media management, or a comparable field.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads platforms is required.
Proven expertise in graphic design and video editing is required.
Proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence tools for content generation is required.
Proficient in implementing social media growth and monetization strategies effectively.
Proven expertise in both articulate communication and innovative thinking, coupled with the ability to convey ideas effectively and approach challenges with originality.
Applicants are required to reside within a reasonable distance of Leak Phase 1.
Maintains a regular work schedule to ensure consistent availability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include adhering to designated shifts, meeting attendance requirements, and coordinating with team members to cover assigned duties. Flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs or unexpected changes in scheduling.
Monday through Friday, you will be expected to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Remote weekend support provided as needed.
