We seek a proactive and performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our expanding digital marketing agency. The successful applicant will be tasked with devising, executing, overseeing, and refining digital marketing initiatives designed to elevate brand visibility, capture qualified leads, and propel client business expansion.
As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with content, design, SEO, and advertising teams to achieve measurable marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Create and implement lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
Manage social media marketing initiatives and content promotion strategies
Oversee SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion optimization efforts
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor assessments
Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs
Work in tandem with creative and technical teams to guarantee the success of campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and marketing automation tools
Strong capabilities in analytical reasoning and problem resolution are required.
Accomplished communication and presentation competencies form the cornerstone of this role, with an emphasis on articulating ideas clearly and engagingly. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions across diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven capability to oversee concurrent projects while consistently delivering results within established timeframes.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Possesses a strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping techniques, enabling strategic planning and optimization of the customer acquisition and retention process.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of website management and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
