We are in search of a dynamic and outcome-focused Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads, to strengthen our team. The successful applicant will craft, oversee, and refine high-impact advertising campaigns designed to cultivate qualified leads, boost conversion rates, and propel business expansion.
Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including strategic planning, project management, and performance monitoring. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with execution, fostering innovation and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. Conduct regular assessments of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and resolve escalated issues. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
Devise and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies utilizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Develop, oversee, and refine paid advertising initiatives with the goal of enhancing return on investment and minimizing the cost per lead.
Perform comprehensive audience research to identify key demographics and behaviors, execute precise targeting and retargeting strategies, and implement robust conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
Develop and evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to enhance their effectiveness and drive better results.
Monitor campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and produce insightful, data-driven reports to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and execute SEO and content strategies aimed at enhancing organic lead generation initiatives.
Establish, configure, and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection and performance measurement.
Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, content variations, and landing pages to enhance overall campaign performance.
Keep abreast of emerging developments in digital marketing, evolving advertising regulations, and recent platform enhancements to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
Requirements
Accomplished track record in cultivating high-quality leads and executing performance-driven marketing initiatives.
Proven expertise in utilizing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms is essential.
Proven track record in cultivating and expanding high-quality lead pipelines across diverse industry sectors.
Proven expertise in conversion optimization and sales funnel development is essential.
Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing initiatives, and retargeting methodologies.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking solutions, including Google Analytics and Tag Manager, is required.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical capabilities, effective communication proficiency, and adept problem-solving aptitude.
