Responsibilities include executing daily pickups and deliveries of customer items exclusively within the Abu Dhabi Municipal Area Council (MAC) and Bari regions.
Transport healthcare supplies, documents, and parcels securely and punctually to designated locations.
Maintain the integrity of laboratory samples and temperature-sensitive materials through proper handling procedures as required.
Maintain precise records of deliveries and ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is accurate and up to date.
Perform regular inspections and carry out necessary maintenance tasks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure strict compliance with all established company safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
Deliver exceptional professional customer service throughout all interactions.
Ensure all delivery issues, delays, or incidents are reported without delay to the Logistics Officer.
Requirements:
A high school diploma (SSC) or an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
A valid motorcycle (Class M) license and a standard driver’s license are essential requirements for this position.
Possesses a minimum of one to two years of professional dispatch riding experience.
Possesses a strong understanding of the road network in Abu Dhabi and its surrounding regions.
Proficiency in operating smartphones and utilizing GPS navigation systems is essential.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential.
Reliability, strict adherence to schedules, and unwavering integrity are essential qualities required for this position.
Must be able to adhere to a weekly payment schedule when necessary.
