The position reports directly to the CEO, serving as a key member of the executive leadership team. This position involves developing and implementing high-impact strategies aimed at accelerating user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. By integrating innovative marketing initiatives with meticulous data analysis, experimentation, and product-led growth methodologies, you will drive scalable platform expansion within the dynamic fintech landscape.

Your daily responsibilities will include performing a variety of tasks essential to the role, ensuring smooth operational workflows and meeting established objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Additionally, you will analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this position.

Crafting and executing comprehensive growth strategies that span the entire marketing funnel—spanning Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, and Referral—is a critical focus of this role.

User Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Oversee the management and optimization of paid channels, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as organic channels, with the goal of acquiring premium users at scale while minimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel initiatives encompassing social media, Email/SMS, content marketing, referral programs, and in-app promotions.

Own and oversee all Kyle social media channels, cultivating dynamic, high-engagement communities while developing content designed to maximize reach and virality.

Devise and implement retention initiatives, including reactivation efforts and loyalty programs, to enhance user engagement and stimulate transaction frequency.

Product-Led Growth & Experimentation: Analyze growth loops to uncover opportunities, execute swift A/B tests, and collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance onboarding processes, feature performance, and overall user journeys.

Craft and oversee engaging marketing content—including short videos, graphics, emails, and WhatsApp broadcasts—to effectively connect with and resonate with the intended audience.

Data analytics and insight functions involve monitoring, evaluating, and documenting critical growth metrics. Through rigorous analysis of data, professionals in this role will uncover opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to drive expansion.

Efficiently oversee and optimize the growth marketing budget, allocating resources across paid media channels, performance tools, and strategic activations.

What We Look For In You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in a range of technical disciplines, including software development, data analysis, system administration, or cybersecurity. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in database management, cloud computing platforms, and DevOps methodologies. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with agile development frameworks, version control systems, and automated testing tools is highly desirable.
