Role Purpose
The Senior Director, Customer Development & Digital Commerce is responsible for aligning Customer Development, Digital Commerce, and system-wide initiatives to drive sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share. This position is tasked with developing and implementing a cohesive Franchise-level strategy that enhances omnichannel expansion, elevates execution standards, and fosters forward-looking commercial capabilities across the organization. Operating within a dynamic multi-bottler landscape, the role facilitates collaboration among franchise leadership, customer teams, bottling partners, and digital ecosystems to achieve enterprise-wide success.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Development strategy spanning Franchise operations across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, Q-Commerce, QSR, On-Premise, O2O, and Travel channels.
Achieve profitable growth in volume, value, and market share in accordance with Annual Business Plans and Long-Range Plans.
Develop and execute a cohesive Digital Commerce and Digital Business Strategy seamlessly integrated within commercial planning efforts.
Drive the implementation of B2B, E-Commerce, and digital transformation initiatives for both customers and bottlers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of innovative models.
Drive alignment and operational excellence across a network of over 30 bottlers, fostering cohesive collaboration and seamless system-wide execution.
Create strategic alliances with customers and enterprises that drive mutual value in the digital space.
Drive the growth and enhancement of a high-performing senior leadership team while serving as a key enabler of capability expansion across all Franchise teams.
