Assist the Head Teacher with various tasks, including but not limited to administrative duties, classroom management support, and curriculum development.

Maintain adherence to established government and educational board standards governing teaching quality and practices.
Responsible for directing the development, execution, and evaluation of educational programs to ensure alignment with institutional goals and standards.
Ensure that instructional practices comply with all relevant government and educational board standards to maintain high teaching quality and regulatory adherence.
Oversee and administer financial allocations, school infrastructure, and educational materials to ensure optimal learning environments and resource utilization.
Maintain accurate documentation, generate required reports, and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Foster meaningful connections with parents, school boards, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaborative efforts and enhance educational outcomes.
Act as the official representative of the institution during official functions and external engagements.
