An experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer is sought to enhance our team’s capabilities.

The ideal candidate will actively seek and secure deposits and investments from individual and corporate clients, proactively identify emerging business opportunities, and cultivate a robust professional network. Additionally, they will strengthen ties with existing customers to drive growth in the bank’s deposit portfolios.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our day-to-day operations with precision and efficiency. The role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating team activities, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to established deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing detailed reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Gather and process financial deposits from both individual and corporate clients.

Discover emerging business prospects and cultivate strong connections with current clients to foster growth and long-term partnerships.

Expand deposit portfolios by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Perform comprehensive market research and in-depth competitor analysis to ensure ongoing awareness of evolving market trends.

Foster and sustain strategic alliances with essential stakeholders, such as clients, internal team members, and external collaborators.

Drive deposit growth beyond established targets by consistently delivering exceptional performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering sustainable financial contributions.

Verify adherence to all applicable regulatory mandates and established internal guidelines to maintain organizational integrity and mitigate risk exposure.

Ensure that all transactions strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in [specific field, e.g., project management, software development, etc.]. Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of financial products, services, and their respective market applications.

Proven expertise in communication, sales, and marketing is essential for this role. Strong interpersonal abilities are required to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, while a results-driven approach is crucial for driving revenue growth. Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives is also necessary to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Demonstrated skill in cultivating strong, collaborative connections with clients and key stakeholders.

Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
