Job Summary

A Call Center Sales Agent, also known as a Telesales Representative, engages with prospective and current customers via telephone to advocate for products or services, drive revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and fulfill predetermined sales objectives. This position demands strong communication, persuasive, and customer service capabilities.

Oversee a range of critical responsibilities integral to the role, including managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless collaboration, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to track progress and support informed decision-making. Liaise with stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and align expectations with organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators to assess project health and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, oversee budget adherence to optimize resource allocation while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Daily call volume must be maintained, with a target of completing a specified number of calls each day.

Achieving a high sales conversion rate is essential, requiring a keen understanding of customer needs and effective sales strategies to close deals efficiently.
