We are in search of a highly organized, professional, and client-oriented NYC Corps Member to fill the position with Customer Service Representative within our team. This opportunity presents itself as an excellent fit for a corps member looking to secure a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) in a dynamic healthcare and wellness setting.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions, coordinating appointments, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.

Develop, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize projects based on organizational goals. Execute data-driven decision-making by analyzing key performance indicators, market trends, and financial metrics to optimize business outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader corporate strategies and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and risk assessment to maintain fiscal responsibility and mitigate potential challenges.

Greet and provide assistance to clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle client inquiries efficiently across various communication channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

Professionally coordinate and oversee all client meetings by scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments to ensure seamless communication and adherence to agreed-upon timelines.

Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients to discuss consultations and treatments.

Ensure meticulous management and upkeep of all client records, as well as detailed documentation of appointment schedules.

Provide support for client arrival and departure procedures.

Deliver comprehensive details regarding available clinic services, ongoing promotions, and comprehensive treatment packages to enhance patient understanding and engagement.

Address customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring concerns are managed effectively, and escalate matters requiring higher-level intervention as needed.

Provide assistance for administrative and front desk operations as needed, ensuring efficient and effective support for daily tasks and guest interactions.

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to uphold high-quality standards across all interactions.

Provide support for fundamental office coordination and day-to-day operational duties as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience in software development or engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary. Prior experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with agile methodologies are preferred.

A currently serving NYC Corps Member who is in search of a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) is required.

A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution is required.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Effectively communicates with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Maintaining polished phone communication and presenting a professional image are essential.

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proven capability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently while thriving in high-pressure, dynamic settings.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizational planning and time optimization.

Proven aptitude for meticulous analysis and effective resolution of complex issues.

While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
