Job Summary

A dynamic Sales Executive with a track record of success in the HVAC accessories sector is being sought to expand market reach, cultivate new business opportunities, and nurture critical industry relationships. The preferred applicant will demonstrate deep product expertise along with an established network of HVAC contractors, installers, and project-based firms.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through meticulous planning and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements. Lead strategic initiatives, fostering innovation while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Provide expert guidance to junior staff, mentoring their professional development and cultivating a high-performance culture. Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.

Responsible for driving the promotion and sales of a comprehensive range of HVAC accessories, such as self-adhesive duct tapes, aluminum foil tapes, insulation tapes, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation materials, sealants, fasteners, and various other HVAC-related accessories.

Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with HVAC contractors, installers, consultants, fabricators, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Analyze HVAC projects to uncover fresh business prospects and cultivate new sales avenues.

Ensure consistent attainment of established monthly and quarterly sales objectives through strategic execution of assigned goals and diligent performance tracking.

Craft competitive quotes, engage in strategic pricing discussions, and finalize agreements to secure deals.

Perform routine onsite assessments at HVAC project sites and client facilities.

Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies within the HVAC accessories industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless order processing and exceptional customer service.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure data integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in [specific programming languages, frameworks, or technologies]. Demonstrated proficiency in [relevant skills, e.g., cloud computing, data structures, or Agile methodologies]. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential. Familiarity with [specific tools, systems, or industry standards] is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is critical.

2–5 years of hands-on sales experience specifically within the HVAC accessories sector.

Proficiency in HVAC consumables and accessories, with particular expertise in duct tapes and insulation-related products, is essential.

A Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

Established connections within the HVAC industry represent a significant benefit.

Proven ability to effectively utilize MS Office applications and foundational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.

Possession of a valid driver’s license would be beneficial.
