Job Summary

J-Six Group operates eight strategically positioned facilities within Lagos State and maintains diverse subsidiaries spanning the FMCG distribution, agribusiness, agricultural, and quick service restaurant (QSR) sectors.

Oversee a range of tasks including managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders as needed.

Greet and process customer orders efficiently and accurately at the front counter.

Process payments and return the appropriate change to customers.

Prepare food items with meticulous attention to proper organization and presentation.

Address the concerns of frustrated or impatient customers promptly, particularly during high-traffic periods.

Responsibilities include overseeing cashier functions, processing transactions via credit card and cash, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping at the point of sale.

Ensure the register is balanced at the conclusion of each shift or working period.
