Autopsy Engineering is in search of a proactive, client-centric Customer Engagement Officer to cultivate and fortify client relationships while elevating the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison for clients, guaranteeing prompt communication, professional service execution, and sustained satisfaction at every interaction.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering collaboration across departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and accountability. Lead project teams through all phases, from inception to completion, delivering measurable results in alignment with established timelines and budgets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentor staff, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Serve as a primary liaison with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate transparent communication and sustainable growth.

Handle all customer communications on a daily basis, ensuring swift and accurate responses to inquiries.

Foster enduring, high-value client relationships through consistent engagement and strategic partnership development.

Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying any concerns or issues that require immediate attention, and promptly escalate them to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.

Assist project teams by managing client communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Play a key role in developing and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and service excellence.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

With at least three years of hands-on experience in customer service, client relations, or a comparable position, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in these fields.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, coupled with exceptional listening skills and the capacity to adapt communication styles to various audiences and situations.

Proven capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and optimal workflow organization.

Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Demonstrated capacity to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively within dynamic, high-velocity work settings.
