Responsibilities include overseeing project execution to ensure timely completion, monitoring progress against established benchmarks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on objectives. Stakeholder engagement and communication are essential, requiring regular updates and transparent reporting to leadership. Additionally, the role demands the ability to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and uphold compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Problem-solving and strategic planning are critical, as the position involves analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement dynamic, standards-aligned instructional plans for core academic subjects, including Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies, ensuring adherence to state and national educational benchmarks.
Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere that accommodates a variety of learning needs.
Evaluate and monitor student development, offering constructive feedback and modifying instructional methods as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to foster a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Enhance students’ social and emotional growth while fostering a positive and structured classroom environment.
Attend staff meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and take part in social events.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Primary Education, or an equivalent field, is required.
Prospective candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate or license specifically endorsed for primary grade levels.
Candidates must possess prior experience instructing in an elementary classroom setting, which may encompass student teaching assignments.
Possesses exceptional abilities in maintaining classroom discipline and fostering clear, effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Dedication to individualized teaching methods and student-focused educational strategies is essential.
