We’re looking for accomplished Customer Sales Executives who have a track record of successfully selling physical products to join our growing team at Vita foam. These professionals will be tasked with expanding sales, cultivating lasting customer connections, and providing outstanding service that transforms potential buyers into dedicated clients.

Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, fostering efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and streamline workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all operational activities.

Proactively participate in on-site or face-to-face sales initiatives for physical goods, fostering customer interactions and driving product adoption through direct engagement strategies.

Proactively seek out and cultivate fresh avenues for business expansion, fostering relationships with potential clients, and capitalizing on emerging market trends to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Consistently cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients to foster long-term partnerships and mutual growth.

Strive to consistently meet or surpass established sales targets and key performance indicators.

Deliver exceptional after-sales service while addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Compile and deliver periodic sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.

A minimum of three years of professional sales experience in tangible goods sectors, such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, or industrial products, is required.

Exceptional ability to negotiate effectively, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal competencies, is essential. Demonstrates proficiency in conveying ideas persuasively, fostering collaborative relationships, and navigating complex discussions with tact and clarity.
