Bouillon Hotel & Apartment is in search of a seasoned, innovative, and exceptionally talented Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and craft outstanding culinary experiences for our valued guests.
The position necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent discipline. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management software and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also required, alongside a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requires demonstrated expertise as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a distinguished hotel or restaurant setting.
Proficient in both local and international culinary traditions, with a deep understanding of diverse cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities and proficient kitchen management expertise.
Capable of designing menus, managing food expenditures, and ensuring exceptional culinary standards are consistently met.
Possesses a solid grasp of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Proven capability to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments while skillfully leading and coordinating kitchen personnel.
Compensation for the position is structured to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and experience, comprising a base salary along with potential bonuses or incentives based on performance metrics.
A monthly compensation of $300,000 is offered for this position.
