QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certification, such as the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CPM) or an equivalent credential, is advantageous.

Skilled in human resources management and administrative operations, with a strong background in both areas.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring a positive work environment, and fostering employee engagement. Additionally, the role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in HR best practices to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Create, execute, and oversee comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Oversee the comprehensive recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes from start to finish.

Oversee the administration and organization of employee records while ensuring the precision and currency of all HR documentation.

Facilitate the development, implementation, and oversight of employee performance management and appraisal frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual career progression goals.

Oversee the implementation and management of compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare initiatives.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will manage office workflows, coordinate schedules, prepare correspondence, and ensure efficient document handling. Responsibilities include maintaining filing systems, supporting executive staff, and handling confidential information with discretion.
