Develop, capture, and refine video content tailored for corporate communications, marketing initiatives, events, and online channels.
Create motion graphics, animations, and video treatments that align with established brand guidelines.
Transform visual designs and video assets to suit web platforms, social media channels, broadcast mediums, and internal communications.
Ensure uniform visual and audiovisual quality across all deliverables.
Maintain strict alignment of all creative materials with Phase3 Telecom’s established brand identity, communication tone, and corporate standards.
Thoroughly examine all graphics and video content to ensure they meet standards for accuracy, clarity, and production readiness.
Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in strict adherence to the approved briefs provided by the Head of Corporate Communications.
Work collaboratively with communications officers, writers, and other key stakeholders to develop engaging content.
Accurately incorporate feedback while ensuring completion within established timelines.
Responsible for curating and preserving media assets, project files, and video archives in an organized manner.
Compile and finalize digital, broadcast, or print-ready files to meet production specifications.
Provide photographic and video documentation for corporate events, activations, and field activities to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Execute additional duties as required to support departmental objectives and maintain operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++. Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly desirable. Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A minimum requirement includes a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution in any academic field.
