What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining how Hugo presents itself across digital, physical, and internal interactions. Collaborating across brand, marketing, employer branding, events, and sales initiatives, you’ll craft cohesive and impactful creative solutions that align with the company’s dynamic identity.

Craft compelling brand narratives and visual identities through strategic design initiatives. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences while maintaining consistency across all brand assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and design alignment. Lead the creation of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, and presentations. Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence to design standards. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design solutions.

Campaign & Content Support specializes in providing strategic assistance to enhance marketing initiatives and content development efforts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, manage content calendars, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Key responsibilities include developing engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, and coordinating with stakeholders to align messaging with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in content management systems, and the ability to analyze data to inform content strategies. Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is required, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.

Work alongside marketing, communications, people operations, and revenue teams to develop and execute campaigns and product launches.

Provide creative support and uphold event branding standards for conferences, activations, and partnership initiatives.
