You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving meaningful impact across the organization. You will become an integral part of the Creative & Product Design team, reporting directly to the Head of Design, collaborating closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and fellow Brand Designers to define the visual identity, user experience, and communication style of Lem Fi across all touchpoints.

At Lem Fi, as our brand continues to expand in lockstep with our product, you will have a pivotal role in defining and executing our visual identity and creative direction across campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and other key initiatives. This position transcends the confines of a conventional “template factory”; instead, it empowers you to leverage your creative instincts to directly influence the visual and experiential elements seen by millions of users.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic directives and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that resonate in competitive markets across the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

To ensure our brand resonates authentically with immigrant communities worldwide while maintaining a modern, trustworthy, and distinctly Lem Fi identity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this vision as we expand into new markets and product lines.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to support ongoing projects and drive operational excellence. Your daily activities will encompass a range of duties designed to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals, while actively participating in problem-solving and strategic initiatives. Crafting brand and marketing assets from initial concept to final delivery, encompassing digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.

Maintaining and advancing Lem Fi’s visual identity with meticulous consistency across all platforms while fostering creative innovation to propel the brand forward.

Collaborating extensively with the Marketing team, you will contribute to the development of campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.

Collaborating closely with Product Designers, you will uphold brand consistency across all marketing and in-app interfaces.

Developing and maintaining the design system and brand guidelines ensures visual standards remain well-documented, accessible, and consistently updated.

With proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will deliver high-quality efficiently, maintaining both speed and craftsmanship in your work.

What you’ll bring

Seeking a professional with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual design, or a comparable creative discipline, preferably within a technology firm, startup, or agency specializing in consumer-facing brands.

A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creativity, social and digital asset creation, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling is required.

A strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required, along with expertise in Figma and Canva. Familiarity with motion and animation tools is considered an advantageous skill.

Experienced in developing, refining, and sustaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems.

You possess refined instincts in typography, layout, and color theory, enabling you to discern effective design solutions and clearly communicate your reasoning.

Able to operate autonomously, effectively manage your schedule across various assignments, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
