Conducting thorough reviews of employee-submitted expense reports is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies. Process all incoming payments by accurately recording and reconciling receipts to ensure financial records remain precise and up-to-date. Verify payment details, match transactions with corresponding invoices or purchase orders, and promptly update the accounting system to reflect current financial data. Maintain organized documentation and provide clear, detailed reports to facilitate audits and financial reviews.

Seeking a candidate who possesses a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong proficiency in project management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to effectively liaise with stakeholders and colleagues. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a comparable field is required.
Proficient use of Peach Tree accounting software is required.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, specialized accounting software, and database management systems is required.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting practices and theoretical frameworks.
