As a member of the Creative & Product Design team, you will report directly to the Head of Design, collaborating closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and fellow Brand Designers to define and refine Lem Fi’s visual identity, user experience, and communication style across all customer touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic plans and briefs into compelling visual assets that stand out in competitive markets spanning the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.

What you’ll be doing from day one
Responsibilities include overseeing the entire development lifecycle of brand and marketing assets—from initial concept to final delivery—across digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.
Maintaining and evolving Lem Fi’s visual identity to ensure uniformity across all platforms while driving the brand’s creative advancement.
Working in tandem with the Marketing team, you will assist in developing campaign creatives, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.
Collaborating closely with Product Designers, we ensure consistent brand representation across both marketing-facing materials and in-app interfaces.
Developing and maintaining the design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual standards are consistently documented, accessible, and kept current.
With proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work efficiently, maintaining a rapid pace without compromising craftsmanship.

Self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision, you review briefs thoroughly, pose insightful questions when needed, and deliver polished work without requiring constant oversight.
In an agile, asynchronous-first setting, you excel at articulating ideas, proactively sharing progress, embracing constructive feedback, and refining your approach with efficiency.

What you’ll bring
2–5 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a related creative field, preferably within a tech company, startup, or agency with a strong consumer brand focus.
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creation, social and digital asset design, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is essential, with additional expertise in Figma and Canva. Experience in motion graphics and animation is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Skilled in sustaining and enhancing brand guidelines and visual frameworks is required.
With keen insight into typography, layout, and color, you possess a natural ability to discern effective design choices and can clearly explain your reasoning.
You must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, efficiently manage your time across competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results without direct oversight.
