Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance analysis to ensure organizational objectives are met. The incumbent will track student development and deliver progress reports to parents as well as school administration, ensuring clear communication of academic performance and areas for growth.

REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely aligned discipline is required for this position.
Professional experience in tutoring or classroom instruction is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in contemporary educational technologies and innovative instructional strategies is required. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and cutting-edge pedagogical approaches is essential.
