You will become part of the Creative & Product Design team, reporting directly to the Head of Design, and collaborate closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and other Brand Designers to define and refine how Lem Fi’s visual identity, tone of expression, and messaging are consistently represented across all customer interactions.
At Lem Fi, our brand is expanding at the same rapid pace as our product, and you will have a pivotal role in defining its visual identity and creative direction across campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and other key areas. This isn’t a rigid, template-driven position; instead, it’s a role where your creative instincts and vision will directly influence what millions of users encounter.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to transform strategic initiatives and creative briefs into impactful visual solutions, ensuring they stand out in competitive markets across the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.
We must ensure our brand appeals to immigrant communities worldwide while maintaining a modern, credible, and distinctly Lem Fi identity. In this role, you will shape and refine our brand’s presence as we expand into new markets and diversify our product offerings.
What you’ll be doing from day one
Developing and overseeing the complete lifecycle of brand and marketing assets, from initial concept to final delivery, spanning digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.
Maintaining and enhancing Lem Fi’s visual identity to ensure cohesive representation across all platforms, while driving the brand’s creative evolution forward.
Partnering effectively with the Marketing team to develop campaign creative, design paid media assets, create social content, produce partnership collateral, and prepare event materials.
Collaborating closely with Product Designers to maintain consistent brand representation across both marketing-facing materials and in-app interfaces.
Facilitating the development and maintenance of the design system and brand guidelines ensures that visual standards remain thoroughly documented, widely accessible, and consistently updated.
With expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will deliver high-quality work efficiently, maintaining speed without compromising precision and craftsmanship.

What you’ll bring
Seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual design, or a closely aligned creative discipline, preferably within a technology firm, startup, or agency renowned for consumer-facing branding.
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity design, campaign creativity, social and digital asset development, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma and Canva, is required. Experience with motion graphics and animation is considered a valuable asset.
Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and refining brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
You possess refined instincts in typography, layout, and color, with a keen ability to discern effective designs and clearly communicate your reasoning.
You must demonstrate strong self-management skills, the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively across various projects, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
