The ideal candidate will oversee the prompt transportation of goods or personnel, uphold the assigned vehicle in optimal working order, and strictly comply with all traffic laws and organizational guidelines.
Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing strategic planning and operational oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible for securely conveying company personnel, executives, clients, and guests to their specified destinations in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all pick-ups and drop-offs are executed punctually in accordance with the designated schedules.
Ensure the vehicle remains consistently clean and in optimal condition at all times.
Perform regular vehicle inspections, documenting any defects, damage, or required maintenance without delay.
Ensure the vehicle maintains optimal fuel levels by continuously monitoring consumption and scheduling refueling to prevent any operational disruptions.
Maintain precise documentation of trips, mileage logs, fuel usage, and maintenance actions.
Ensure strict compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and established company driving policies at all times.
Provide support in transporting and retrieving documents, parcels, and company materials as needed.
Design routes that minimize delays and guarantee punctual arrival at each destination.
Handle proprietary company details and executive travel plans with strict discretion and confidentiality.
Assist with various administrative and logistics tasks as directed.
Requirements
Education: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or a related discipline. Preference may be given to candidates with advanced degrees or specialized certifications. A valid teaching credential or administrative license is highly desirable where applicable.
