Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Spring Boot. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are mandatory. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a closely related field, such as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND), is required for this position.
Requires at least five years of pertinent professional experience in the field.
Proven ability to analyze complex situations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly.
Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, with a strong command of its applications to enhance productivity and streamline workflow processes.
Highly developed organizational and time management abilities, with a comprehensive understanding of current industry trends, laws, and regulations.
