Job Summary

Our client is in need of a seasoned, performance-oriented Marketer to oversee the promotion of TILES and support the Sales Manager in boosting overall sales performance.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics and key indicators to identify trends, resolve inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions that support continuous improvement. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery while maintaining adherence to established standards and compliance requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth, empowering employees to achieve their full potential.

Proficiency in the products and materials specific to Nigeria’s building market is essential for this role.

Responsibilities include organizing reporting activities and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination.

Professionally attend industry trade shows and conduct on-site inspections at project locations to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with established standards.

Achieve and surpass specified sales objectives consistently.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are required. Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are also necessary.

Minimum educational requirement includes possession of an SSC certificate or an OND qualification.

Seeking candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience in marketing roles.

Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required.

A proven track record as a sales manager within the tiles sector is essential.

Must possess strong abilities in persuasive communication and interpersonal relations.
