We are in search of a Customer Success Engineer who will enhance and exceed customer expectations by providing technical troubleshooting and proactive support at Termini. This position is vital for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and seamless onboarding of users onto our communication solutions. Candidates should demonstrate robust troubleshooting capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, executing tasks with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, tracking performance metrics and offering data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Manage resources effectively, optimizing budget allocation and operational workflows to enhance productivity and sustainability. Serve as a key liaison between departments, resolving conflicts and facilitating clear communication to achieve collective objectives.

Investigates and resolves technical anomalies and malfunctions through systematic analysis and diagnostic procedures.

Facilitate the implementation and deployment of new applications and features throughout the organization.

Offer assistance by preparing and maintaining procedural documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy in operational processes.

Monitor industry developments and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the customer success team’s performance.

Responsibilities include engaging with leads and customers via WhatsApp, nurturing their interest in the service, and guiding them through the conversion process to secure paid subscriptions.

Deliver prompt and proficient technical assistance to customers.

Create and execute inventive strategies designed to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term retention.

Manage all customer inquiries and concerns pertaining to vendor-related matters comprehensively.

Ensure thorough follow-up on all pending customer route and delivery issues until complete resolution is achieved.
