About the Role

A highly professional, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Receptionist is needed to serve as the primary liaison for our corporate office. In this role, you will facilitate daily front-desk operations for a dynamic, multidisciplinary organization specializing in telecom maintenance, oil & gas, construction, and fiber optic services.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties pivotal to the role, including managing daily operations, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency while maintaining a high level of accountability for project outcomes. Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols, mitigating risks and upholding organizational integrity. Additionally, oversee budgetary controls and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.

Front Desk Management: Responsibilities include professionally greeting visitors, clients, and contractors while effectively managing walk-ins. A key aspect of the role involves maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Additionally, oversee company correspondence and courier services to ensure efficient communication and delivery.

Coordinate meeting room reservations and provide support for managing executive schedules.

Administrative Support: Responsible for maintaining accurate visitor logs, managing basic filing systems, performing document scanning, and completing other essential administrative duties.

Provide administrative support to the HR and administrative teams by managing office supplies, distributing internal memos, and coordinating meeting logistics.

Maintain the organization’s professional reputation by ensuring your appearance, communication, and behavior consistently align with corporate standards.

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional analytical and communication skills to join our dynamic team. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis or a related field, along with proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R. A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a closely related discipline is required. Responsibilities include collecting, interpreting, and presenting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and creating reports to support strategic decision-making. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

A relevant academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field, with additional preference given to qualifications in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Office Management.

With a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience, the ideal candidate will have served in roles such as Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant within a corporate or technical organizational setting.

Required Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, with exceptional clarity and effectiveness. Demonstrated competence in MS Office and Google Workspace applications. Exceptional telephone communication skills and the ability to engage positively with others.

A polished presentation, consistent timeliness, and a professional demeanor define the ideal candidate. The role demands a high level of discretion, an independent initiative to anticipate and address needs, and the capacity to manage competing priorities with composure in a high-pressure setting.
