We are offering a competitive salary range of ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 per month.

Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Oversees all phases of project life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while managing resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of processes and deliverables. Identifies and mitigates risks to prevent potential disruptions, maintaining high standards of quality and accountability throughout. Prepares detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. Ensures compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in project management.

Ensures the seamless and efficient management of the client’s account.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with senior consultants to conceptualize and execute strategic projects and frameworks.

Collaborate closely with the client to finalize project activities, activations, and associated budgets.

Duties involve serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining ongoing communication to foster strong relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Play a key role in developing and executing client marketing strategies and initiatives.

Ensures consistent, reciprocal communication between the client and the team, fostering accurate representation of the team’s efforts while aligning client expectations with project realities.

Spearhead the expansion of the business and client portfolio by identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue streams through targeted growth initiatives. Analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and develop actionable plans to enhance client acquisition and retention. Drive measurable business growth while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and engagement.

Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating opportunities to enhance current business and expand the scope of paid engagements, including account growth and value-added services for clients.

Maintains and enhances relationships with professional organizations, industry partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and facilitate collaborative initiatives. Acts as a liaison to foster communication, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.

Familiarity with profiles of client opinion leaders and key stakeholders is essential.

Interpret client requirements with innovative and original perspectives that surpass conventional expectations.

Uncover strategic avenues to cultivate a dedicated and engaged customer following for a client’s brand or service.

Complete additional ad hoc assignments as directed by management, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all delegated tasks within specified parameters.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the position. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and strong problem-solving abilities are a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively within the team. Additionally, the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. Previous experience in project coordination or leadership roles is highly advantageous.

A degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or an equivalent field, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

Minimum of three to five years of experience in a client-facing position is required.

Requires demonstrated expertise in a Client Service consultant capacity or an equivalent position.

Accomplished professionals with a demonstrated history of successfully managing client projects will be considered for this opportunity. Candidates should showcase expertise in project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

Proficiency in a public relations agency, media outlet, or advertising firm is a prerequisite for this role.

Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite proficiently, including applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
