About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to oversee and advance all HR initiatives for a rapidly expanding real estate company.

Conducts a comprehensive range of duties encompassing the planning, implementation, and oversight of project activities to ensure adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to align project objectives with organizational goals. Performs regular assessments to identify potential risks, devising and executing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Monitors progress through detailed reporting mechanisms, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage. Provides leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of productivity and innovation while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Design and execute human resources strategies that are fully integrated with organizational objectives.
Responsible for managing the entirety of recruitment and selection initiatives spanning sales, operations, and corporate positions.
Develop and implement robust performance management systems, encompassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and structured appraisal frameworks.
Design and execute comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering long-term retention.
Oversee employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace environment.
Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor legislation and organizational guidelines.
Design and deliver training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce productivity and performance.
Responsibilities include managing payroll coordination, designing compensation frameworks, and administering benefits structures.
Develop and cultivate a dynamic organizational culture that prioritizes excellence, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field to fill this position. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in industry-specific software. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and advanced certifications or specialized training are preferred. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in the sector is essential, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of HR experience, including at least two years in a leadership capacity.
With a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR administration, the ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in sourcing top-tier talent, optimizing workforce performance, and streamlining HR processes.
Proficiency in real estate, sales-oriented, or customer service environments represents a significant asset.
Proficiency in Nigerian labor legislation and established human resources principles is essential.
