Malcolm Anatomy Foundation is in search of a Communications and Outreach Lead to manage the Foundation’s communications strategy across various digital channels. The position entails coordinating the presentation of the Foundation’s initiatives, such as webinars, media engagements, strategic partnerships, and significant organizational announcements.

The Communications Lead will concentrate on developing and executing communications strategies, coordinating cross-team efforts, and overseeing the publication process across various platforms and teams.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and accountability while mentoring team members to enhance productivity and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline communication and resolve escalated issues. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and the integration of emerging technologies.

Host and promote engaging webinars and events to maximize attendance and participation, leveraging digital marketing strategies such as email campaigns, social media engagement, and targeted advertising. Develop compelling promotional content, including email templates, social media posts, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience interests. Manage event registration and attendee tracking systems to monitor sign-ups, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content creation, to align messaging, scheduling, and promotional efforts for optimal reach and impact. Analyze performance metrics, such as registration rates, attendance, and engagement levels, to refine strategies and enhance future initiatives. Ensure seamless execution of webinars and events by coordinating logistics, technical requirements, and post-event follow-ups to drive attendee satisfaction and lead generation.

We are responsible for driving awareness and engagement for approved webinars and public events by strategically promoting them across LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional digital platforms.

Facilitate strategic audience engagement and enhance event visibility through coordinated efforts.

Work in collaboration with the Programs Department to guarantee the timely dissemination of all announcements.

Conduct interviews and oversee the dissemination of media content to ensure timely and effective communication with target audiences.

Responsibilities include managing the release of recorded interviews and discussions, ensuring timely publication while maintaining editorial standards and quality. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to finalize content, overseeing final edits, and verifying accuracy before dissemination. Additionally, it requires adherence to established guidelines and deadlines to support the organization’s communication and engagement objectives.

Collaborate closely with video editors to develop engaging clips, highlights, and summaries as part of our content creation process.

Ensure timely publication of content across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Foundation website.

The role involves disseminating and managing updates and communications to ensure alignment across all departments and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external announcements, facilitating clear and consistent messaging, and maintaining transparency in organizational developments. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in communication tools, and the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include developing targeted ad strategies, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with Google’s policies, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Ads, and a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing objectives. Familiarity with conversion tracking, A/B testing, and budget allocation is essential for success in this position.

Develop, oversee, and optimize Google Ad Grant campaigns to maximize their effectiveness and impact.

Drive awareness and engagement for essential Foundation resources, including webinars, targeted campaigns, and the provider directory, to enhance visibility and encourage participation among stakeholders.

The individual will oversee the efficient collaboration and synchronization of team activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
