About the Role
This position serves a dual purpose, blending client relationship management with business development. You will oversee the logistics of cryogenic transport and fertility concierge services for clients in Nigeria and internationally, ensuring seamless coordination and support. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to business expansion by cultivating new partnerships and acquiring additional client accounts.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the transportation of cryogenic shipments both domestically and internationally, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timely delivery. Additionally, provide high-level concierge service support to clients throughout the shipping process, addressing any logistical challenges and maintaining clear communication to ensure a seamless experience.
Act as the main liaison for current clients, consistently delivering outstanding service and support.
Cultivate and secure new partnerships with clinics, referral networks, and individual clients, managing the entire onboarding process from initial engagement to final integration.
Facilitate the expansion of CML’s market footprint across Nigeria and internationally, driving strategic initiatives to bolster brand visibility and market penetration.
Maintain precise documentation while facilitating clear and consistent communication with internal collaborators and external stakeholders.
You may be required to undertake domestic and international travel to engage with clients and partners as necessary.
The position necessitates a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices within the sector is also a key prerequisite.
A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; a background in healthcare is particularly advantageous.
Candidates should possess between one and three years of professional experience in positions involving direct client interaction, sales responsibilities, or operational coordination.
Demonstrates flexibility and availability to undertake domestic and international travel on short notice, as required by the role’s demands.
Reliable internet connectivity is essential, along with the capacity to perform duties efficiently both in the field and remotely.
Proficient in communication, interpersonal engagement, and organizational proficiency are essential for this role.
