Install and deploy computer hardware components while setting up and optimizing software solutions, including operating systems such as Windows and various application software.
Monitor and ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and networks, performing regular checks and troubleshooting to prevent and resolve any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, network performance, and any modifications made to the infrastructure.
Offer assistance in person, over the telephone, or through remote desktop applications, assisting staff members or clients with system setup or issue resolution.
Investigate and resolve issues within systems and network infrastructure by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to rectify faults.
Replace components as necessary, including cables or motherboards.
To execute repairs or system installations, one must interpret both diagrams and written guidelines accurately to identify faults or configure equipment effectively.

Respond promptly to call-outs within the predetermined timeframes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Cultivate strong, productive relationships with clients and industry professionals, including software developers, in a timely and effective manner.
Evaluate and assess newly developed technology to ensure its functionality, reliability, and performance meet established standards. Conduct thorough testing procedures, analyze results, and identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to enhance the technology’s efficiency, usability, and overall effectiveness.
