As an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Teacher, your role involves fostering digital literacy and technical competencies among students. You will design and implement dynamic curricula, oversee computer lab operations, and evaluate student performance. Moreover, you will maintain the functionality of software and hardware systems and advocate for responsible internet usage.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow efficiency and adherence to organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align individual and collective goals with broader company mission. Manage resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to optimize performance and achieve measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance with industry standards. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to facilitate clear communication and informed decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead initiatives that support talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic ICT lessons that align with educational standards while addressing the needs of diverse learners.

You will instruct learners in key digital literacy skills, including proficiency with office software suites like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, best practices for online safety, and introductory programming languages such as Python and Scratch.

Devise assessments, including assignments, quizzes, and practical tests, to measure student progress effectively, while delivering constructive feedback to foster ongoing development.

Oversee the school’s computer laboratories by managing their operations, ensuring all hardware components—including computers, projectors, and peripherals—remain fully functional, secure, and properly maintained.

Serve as a mentor to students, advising them on ICT-focused career opportunities and providing troubleshooting support for technical challenges encountered during class projects.
