Prepares reports and updates for the Senior Consultant of Client Service, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project progress, client interactions, and deliverables.

The remuneration package for this role ranges from ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 per month.

Oversee and execute day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity across all assigned tasks. Coordinate team efforts, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear direction to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance communication and alignment with company goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all activities. Represent the organization professionally in internal and external interactions, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsible for ensuring the client’s account operates seamlessly and efficiently.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with the senior consultant to craft and execute strategic concepts and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the client to finalize project activities and their activation, while also aligning on the approved budget.

Duties include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication channels, and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries. Responsibilities encompass maintaining accurate records of client interactions, addressing concerns promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and a customer-centric approach are required, along with a proven track record in a similar role.

Assist in formulating and executing client marketing strategies and innovative approaches.

Serves as the liaison between the client and the team, ensuring the client’s objectives are clearly articulated, and their interests are championed throughout project execution.

Delivers consistent, bidirectional communication between clients and the team to ensure accurate representation of the team’s efforts and to establish clear, realistic expectations for the client.

This role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing partnerships, and implementing targeted growth strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating avenues to enhance existing client relationships while pursuing new prospects to broaden the scope of billable engagements and deliver additional value to clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills to engage effectively, address inquiries, and resolve conflicts while upholding the organization’s reputation. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, prior leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines are highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a role focused on direct client engagement.

Experienced professionals in client service consulting or comparable positions are required.

Delivers successful project outcomes consistently for clients, demonstrating a strong track record of execution and client satisfaction.

A proven track record in a Public Relations agency, media firm, or advertising agency is required.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications with expertise across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
