Consults directly with the Senior Consultant of Client Service, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and project deliverables.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 per month.

Oversee and execute key operational duties to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability at every level.

Responsible for ensuring the client’s account operates seamlessly and efficiently.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with the senior consultant to craft strategic concepts and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with clients to finalize project activities, activation strategies, and allocate budgets effectively.

Client Engagement Specialist: Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment between their needs and organizational deliverables. Facilitates regular check-ins, gathers feedback, and addresses inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure seamless service delivery.

Assist in the formulation and execution of client marketing strategies and initiatives.

Serves as the primary liaison between clients and the team, articulating their objectives and safeguarding their interests throughout project execution.

Facilitates consistent, bidirectional communication between the client and the team to ensure accurate team representation and appropriate client expectation management.

Responsible for expanding business operations and managing client accounts to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.

Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating avenues to enhance current business operations while proactively pursuing opportunities to broaden the scope of paid engagements, including value-added services for clients.

Maintains and cultivates professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, to foster collaboration and trust. Ensures consistent communication and alignment with organizational objectives while addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Builds a strong network to enhance business opportunities and support long-term growth strategies.

Comprehensive understanding of key opinion leader profiles and stakeholder dynamics is required.

Showcase forward-thinking and inventive approaches that surpass client proposals.

Develop strategic initiatives aimed at cultivating a dedicated customer base for the client’s brand or enterprise.

Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a client-facing capacity.

Experienced in client-facing consultative roles, such as Client Service Consultant or equivalent positions, is essential.

Demonstrates a strong history of successfully managing client projects with measurable outcomes.

A proven track record within a Public Relations agency, media outlet, or advertising firm is required.

Skilled in utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Office applications with a high degree of proficiency.
