We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and enhance customer relationship management initiatives, ensuring seamless interactions and sustained satisfaction across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to foster long-term client engagement, address inquiries promptly, and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and strong interpersonal skills are essential to cultivate trust, resolve escalations, and align solutions with business objectives. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all regional trade partners to facilitate streamlined access and effective communication.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role is responsible for delivering comprehensive status updates on project milestones, risks, and resource allocation. Key tasks include compiling detailed progress reports, analyzing potential project challenges, and presenting findings to stakeholders and executive leadership. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools is essential, along with experience in preparing executive-level presentations. Additionally, the individual must ensure timely and accurate reporting maintaining transparency and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Compile and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to the head of sales and senior management, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting detailed research, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
