The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong proficiency in data analysis and project management tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is required, and prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is highly desirable. Additionally, the role demands adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous learning.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing roles within the construction or building materials sector is essential.

Proficient in concrete composition, aggregate mixing procedures, and construction methodologies, with a solid grasp of batching operations and associated workflows.

Established professionals with strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions are sought for this role.

Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while consistently achieving established objectives with limited oversight.

Demonstrates a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively for data analysis, document preparation, and presentation development.
