We seek a dynamic Day Spa Manager to oversee operations at our thriving boutique location.
You will prioritize optimizing booking schedules while fostering a cohesive team environment, ensuring every local client receives exceptional, attentive service from their initial visit.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational coordination, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high standards across all initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, optimize resources, and foster innovation in project execution. Monitor progress through regular assessments, data analysis, and reporting identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks. Lead talent development initiatives, mentoring employees to enhance skills, engagement, and retention while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices to maintain organizational integrity and stakeholder trust.
Maximize therapist utilization rates by dynamically managing booking software, ensuring efficient handling of walk-ins and cancellations to optimize scheduling.
Skilled at driving sales performance, you will inspire and guide staff to consistently achieve monthly retail product sales objectives while actively promoting and securing additional treatment enhancements for increased revenue.
Coordinate staff scheduling, administer payroll processing, and cultivate an environment of teamwork and mutual respect.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for linens, retail merchandise, and treatment supplies by procuring additional stock from vendors as required.
Quality control involves meticulously verifying that treatment rooms are pristine, atmospherically pleasing (with appropriate lighting and music), and fully equipped for each client appointment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required for this role. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in the specified domain, along with proficiency in relevant tools, software, or methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex information clearly. Familiarity with industry standards, compliance regulations, or best practices is a plus.
With a minimum of two years of overseeing teams or supporting managerial duties in a day spa, salon, or fast-paced retail/hospitality setting, you bring valuable hands-on experience to this role.
Demonstrates outstanding communication proficiency, a strong aptitude for sales, and the capacity to resolve challenges rapidly.
Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for mastering digital booking applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems with ease.
Must be available to work weekends and selected evening shifts, aligning with peak business hours.
