Job Summary

Produce professional-grade videos and photographs documenting properties, project sites, and company initiatives with exceptional clarity and precision.
Develop and oversee video production schedules for property tours, promotional initiatives, interviews, and events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
Craft compelling video content tailored for social media platforms, websites, and marketing collateral, ensuring engaging and high-quality output.
Operate and maintain a variety of production equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting systems, and additional technical tools to ensure seamless operation during shoots.
Partner with the marketing and media team to brainstorm and refine innovative concepts and content strategies.
Uphold consistency across all visual content to reinforce the company’s brand identity and advance marketing objectives.
Perform location evaluations and develop shooting configurations as necessary.
Oversee the curation and maintenance of video and photo archives, prioritizing meticulous storage and systematic organization of digital assets.
Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, emerging editing methodologies, and established cinematography standards to ensure alignment with current best practices.
Execute additional media-related responsibilities as directed by leadership to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of departmental objectives.
Requirements
Experienced in cinematography, videography, or a closely related field, with a strong track record of success.
Proven expertise in video editing applications is essential.
Proven expertise in handling professional-grade cameras, drones, lighting systems, and audio equipment is required.
Exceptional proficiency in creative development, narrative construction, and editorial refinement is required.
Demonstrates strong resilience and composure in high-pressure environments while consistently delivering results within established deadlines.
Effective interpersonal communication and collaborative abilities are essential.
Proficiency in real estate media production is a beneficial qualification.
