Key Requirements
A Bachelor of Science degree, complemented by a relevant postgraduate qualification in business such as an MBA or an equivalent tertiary credential, is required.
Applicants must possess at least 12 to 15 years of professional experience, with the most recent five years dedicated to strategic management responsibilities.
Professional certification in project management, such as PRINCE2 or PMI, is required.
Membership in an accredited professional organization is required.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of various business functions, including human resources, finance, sales, and other key operational areas.
Professional experience in the automotive sector would be considered a valuable asset.
