A monthly remuneration of 90,000 is provided for this position.
Spearhead critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution of organizational objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams through clear delegation, mentorship, and resource allocation, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decisions and long-term strategic growth. Oversee budget management, risk mitigation, and compliance adherence to safeguard organizational integrity and sustainability. Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, departments, and external partners to align efforts and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Provide support in managing day-to-day store functions and maintaining operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory levels and assist with stock-taking activities.
Verify incoming stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness while meticulously documenting all received items.
Ensure products are organized, clearly labeled, and presented attractively for optimal visibility and customer accessibility.
Monitor inventory flow and promptly escalate any inconsistencies or supply shortages for resolution.
Ensure inventory and store records are maintained with precision and accuracy.
Prepare periodic inventory documentation and operational reports as assigned.
Address customer service inquiries efficiently and ensure customers are directed to the appropriate department or resource as needed.
Maintain a consistently clean, orderly, and secure store environment at all times to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Collaborate in the execution and adherence to established company policies and operational procedures to ensure organizational consistency and compliance.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline—such as an OND, HND, or B.Sc.—is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of relevant experience, we welcome applications from both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to begin their careers.
Exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and managing time efficiently is required.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Proficiency in fundamental inventory and stock management methodologies is required.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
