Job Description

The officer’s sales territory encompasses Nigeria’s security agencies, judicial and court systems, federal and state universities, as well as specialized government institutions—such as teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.

This territory demands a commercially strategic executive—one capable of navigating intricate deals and extended procurement cycles—rather than just a relationship-focused manager.

Oversee a comprehensive array of duties encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of operational excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development among team members while aligning efforts with company-wide goals and industry best practices.

As part of our core objectives, we are tasked with engaging Security Agencies, the Judiciary, and various Institutions to enhance our market presence and ensure compliance with industry standards. This mandate involves fostering strategic partnerships, delivering tailored security solutions, and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders within these sectors. Additionally, we are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, addressing client-specific challenges, and upholding the highest levels of professionalism and security integrity in all interactions.

Target organizations include the Nigeria Police Force, the Department of State Services (DSS), the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), and the welfare and human resources divisions of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Additionally, the role applies to federal and state-level judicial systems, such as the High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court. The position also extends to federal and state universities and polytechnics, as well as federal teaching hospitals and other specialized medical institutions.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in data analysis, software development, or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is essential, as is familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset are required. Additionally, excellent communication and teamwork capabilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates should also demonstrate a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions in previous roles.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, preferably complemented by an MBA with a Marketing specialization, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in sales or commercial roles, specifically within Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialized government institutions. Proven success in securing contracts valued at over 50 million naira with key institutional stakeholders is essential.

Establishing and maintaining active professional relationships with key decision-makers—such as institutional leaders, general directors, venture capital partners, and chief justices—across at least three distinct target sectors is essential. These connections should have been cultivated or engaged within the past 18 months to demonstrate relevance and ongoing influence.

Proven capability to successfully manage intricate, politically sensitive institutional procurement procedures.

Proven expertise in structuring commercial contracts, with the capability to develop and justify pricing frameworks at the Board level.

Professional candidates must possess prior experience with government technology procurement, specifically within security or judicial sectors, and should have familiarity with classified or restricted procurement procedures.

Proven track record in pricing governance or revenue operations within organizations managing multiple revenue streams.
