In this position, you will be entrusted with fulfilling the following essential duties:
Perform in-depth analysis of domestic and global markets, industries, and corporate entities to detect emerging trends and potential opportunities, thereby guiding program development and evaluating outcomes.
Craft compelling presentations, reports, and supporting materials that synthesize research findings and analytical insights, subsequently formulating actionable recommendations to facilitate program execution.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to the program management office with clarity and precision.
Compile a comprehensive bibliography and contact directory encompassing all research information sources utilized.
Provide essential assistance to program teams to ensure the timely production of accurate and professional final reports for clients.
Operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within the Sahel Consulting team and its affiliated implementing partners.
Provide assistance to senior management in the execution of additional Sahel Consulting initiatives as needed.
Positioned in Abu Dhabi, this role requires occasional domestic and international travel.
Minimum qualifications and requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, alongside a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, as is familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also required to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional assets include experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or a closely related field is required.

Exceptional ability to connect with others and convey information effectively, both in writing and through spoken dialogue.
